She is caring, kind, nurturing, inclusive, welcoming, approachable, a good listener and dedicated. She has over 17 years nursing background and prides herself with a hands-on approach.

Kerry Griffiths
Deputy Manager
Kerry GriffithsDeputy ManagerKerry is our Residential Lead and has worked in health and social care for 27 years. Kerry’s background is working with people with learning disabilities. Having started on an apprenticeship, Kerry completed her NVQ2 in health and social and then continued to climb the ladder from a care assistant, senior care, deputy manager, and then a manager of a small unit for young adults with learning disabilities. Kerry has completed her NVQ 2,3 and 4 in health and social care and in 2018 decided that she would take a new path and change over to working with the elderly. Kerry has now been part of the team at Amberley for 2 years.
Beth Ellerton
Team Leader
Beth EllertonTeam LeaderBeth has been working in the health and social care industry since 2020 just after Covid-19, as she felt passionate about trying to make a difference to people’s lives. At Amberley Care Home, Beth has worked her way up from Care Assistant to Senior Carer and is now a Team Leader. Beth has a passion for Dementia and understanding how this affects people, and her favourite part of her job is seeing all the residents and their families.

Jacqui EllertonAdmin ManagerJacqui is our Admin Manager here at Amberley Care Home, having previously been self-employed for 25 years. Prior to this, Jacqui worked in administrative managerial roles within the NHS and private business and is delighted to be back in the care sector.

Tanya ClaytonCare AssistantTanya Clayton is one of our new care staff who comes from a background of care, She is enthusiastic and passionate about delivering care to our residents. She has taken a keen interest in our dementia floor and has had the residents singing and dancing in the short time she has been with us.

Arron DeanHead HousekeeperArron has been a Head Housekeeper for 19 years. His main background is in hotels ranging from small independent to company 5-star hotels.
Arron has recently decided to make a change and work in the care sector.

Emma makes time to speak to the residents whilst ensuring their rooms are kept clean and smelling fresh. Emma has a beautiful personality and nothing is too much to ask.

Maintenance Manager
Darren EllertonMaintenance ManagerDarren is our new Maintenance Manager who has worked for himself for many years as a master woodcarver, but after a house move, he spent a year renovating a new property and was asked to help with maintenance in a local care home and ended up staying for a few years as the Maintenance Manager. Darren is excited to be joining Amberley and getting to know all the residents.
