The Care Services We Offer

At our luxury care home, we provide specialised Nursing and Dementia Care which includes comprehensive health care and support for those with long-term medical conditions and illnesses as well as those with physical and learning disabilities. We also offer Residential and Respite Care for individuals who need assistance with daily tasks, seeking companionship or short-term care.

Finding the right care home and making the step to move yourself or a family member into one can be an overwhelming process for many. With our prospective residents, we offer a consultation with our Home Manager whereby we give our expert advice on what type of care will be best suited for their needs. Our support will be ongoing and we ensure to involve both residents and relatives in the changes to our personalised care plans as and when necessary.

Dementia Care in Greater Manchester

Dementia is a progressive neurological condition that affects people in all different ways, but most commonly affects memory, reasoning and social abilities. We understand that every person living with dementia is different and whilst some may only need minor assistance, others may need considerably more. We provide care plans that are bespoke and meet our residents’ specific needs which are monitored regularly to accommodate any necessary changes.

Supporting Residents, Friends, and Families Every Step of the Way

At Amberley Care Home, we understand the difficulty in researching care homes and services and also finding the right care home to move to. Not only is it important to find a care home that meets your every medical and personal need, but it’s also important to find a home you will feel comfortable, safe, and happy living in.

That’s why, before moving into our home, we welcome prospective residents and those closest to them to have a consultation with our Home Manager and senior management team, to make sure that we can provide the most appropriate care for you, meet all of your needs and so you can have a look around and be certain that we are the right home for you.
