Personal Care Plans 

Individuality sits at the core of our values; we work closely with each resident and their families to develop personal and comprehensive care plans that have the opportunity to be adjusted as needs change. Every resident is assigned a nurse or key worker who will consistently provide the appropriate level of assistance and care required. It is our top priority to treat all residents as though they are our own family, ensuring they feel safe and at ease while they enjoy their time with us at Amberley Care Home.

Ongoing Assessments 

We use a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) process to deliver a comprehensive medical evaluation by bringing together doctors from several disciplines in an organised and effective manner. Following an initial assessment, our residents will continue to benefit from regular evaluations, ensuring residents receive the best available immediate and ongoing care for them.

Detailed Planning and Consultations 

Our Manager welcomes you to visit Amberley Care Home ahead of your admission for the opportunity to answer any questions you may have about the facility, as well as any special needs or preferences you and your close friends and family may have. 

Our person-centred care home provides the opportunity for our team to develop a unique relationship with everyone who walks through the doors at Amberley Care Home.
