Meet the Team

Tsitsi is a Home Manager, who is passionate about delivering high standards of care that encompasses the needs of all. She is caring, kind, nurturing, inclusive, welcoming, approachable, a good listener and dedicated. She has over 17 years nursing background and prides herself with a hands-on approach.

Tsitsi believes in empowering her team to reach their potential.

Kerry is our Residential Lead and has worked in health and social care for 27 years. Kerry’s background is working with people with learning disabilities. Having started on an apprenticeship, Kerry completed her NVQ2 in health and social and then continued to climb the ladder from a care assistant, senior care, deputy manager, and then a manager of a small unit for young adults with learning disabilities. Kerry has completed her NVQ 2,3 and 4 in health and social care and in 2018 decided that she would take a new path and change over to working with the elderly. Kerry has now been part of the team at Amberley for 2 years.

Sylvia joined the Team In April 2024, Residents and staff have found Sylvia to be very lovely and her smile and gentleness make all around her feel welcomed and supported. Sylvia has already made a significant contribution to the home and we are excited to have her in our Team.
