Our premier accommodation sees every single resident who resides with us at Amberley Care Home benefiting from their very own fully furnished, en-suite bedroom. Each room also has a TV, WiFi, and telephone point access for their entertainment and communication needs. Nurse Call Systems are also in place in each room to comfort our residents in knowing that we are always there for them.

Outside of their own personal spaces, residents can take advantage of our fine dining and landscaped gardens, as well as a café bar, library, hair salon, and cinema, all from the comfort of their very own home. In communal areas of the home including the café bar and library, we often host entertainment and activities. We place a focus on forming strong relationships with our residents so that we can provide a programme that is varied yet that meets their specific interests.

A Home for Everyone

As well as providing individualised care, group activities also have a significant impact on our resident’s overall wellbeing. We also understand that it is important for residential care homes to not only be a home to residents but to their families as well. Therefore, we invite loved ones to also take full advantage of the activities we host and the wide range of facilities we have. 

We encourage residents and their families to catch up and celebrate special occasions which could be held in our cinema room, gardens, or our private dining room. The team welcomes any opportunity to support our residents’ wider families. Whether it’s with our in-house Chef or our Activities Coordinators, we would be delighted to help in organising family events.

Our Care Home in Cheshire

Home to Chester Zoo, Cheshire Oaks Design Outlet and Walton Halls and Gardens, it is fair to say that Cheshire offers a diverse portfolio of things to do and places to see. Located just a 5-minute drive from the town centre, residents of our home in Sale benefit from the local community and also the wider county of Cheshire. Situated just south of the River Mersey, our home is surrounded by tranquil green spaces and woodlands, perfect for days out walking and admiring wildlife. 

Our Activities Coordinators go to great lengths to make sure our residents make the most of their new home. When it comes to our activities programme, our team will not only plan events in the home, but also trips out exploring the neighbourhood, including the annual Sale Festival. We also work hard to build connections with other local organisations such as nurseries and churches so that we at Amberley Care Home can offer our residents a strong sense of community.

Further out in the centre of Manchester, a vibrant city life of shops, restaurants, museums, galleries, and libraries can be found. All of this can easily be explored as residents have use of our very own Minibus and Mercedes. This means that our residents can enjoy trips out together and have easy access for their own transport needs too.
