5* Food Hygiene Rating

There was plenty of cause for celebrations by the Catering team. Having had a visit from the local authority to Amberley Care Home whereby they reviewed the standards of food hygiene across the home, the Catering team were delighted to have been awarded the top grade of a 5* rating from the Food Standards Agency. 

This rating is testament to the experience, care and dedication of our Catering team who work tirelessly to ensure the safe provision of food hygiene to all our residents.

Our in-house chefs take great pride in offering home-cooked meals that are always varied and include some resident favourites. Meals can be provided quietly in residents' rooms or socially in one of our dining rooms; the choices and best interests of our residents will always be at the forefront of all we do.
