Amberley Care Home Celebrates Grand Opening of New Therapy Lounge
We were delighted to celebrate the Grand Opening of our brand-new Therapy Lounge at Amberley Care Home. Created with residents’ comfort and wellbeing at the heart of its design, this welcoming new space will provide an enjoyable setting for relaxation and time spent together.
A Proud Opening Celebration
It was a huge honour to welcome Deputy Mayor Joanne, who officially opened the Therapy Lounge with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony. This was a proud moment for our Amberley family and a wonderful way to mark the beginning of a new chapter for the home.
Residents, visitors and team members came together to share in the occasion, helping to make the celebration feel especially warm and memorable. The opening was also made extra special by beautiful speeches from Joan and Mel, who helped capture the importance of the day.
A Space Created for Wellbeing
Our new Therapy Lounge has been developed as a comfortable, calming environment where residents can enjoy therapeutic activities with social connection as well as quieter moments. We are excited to see the many ways the space will be used and the happy memories that will be made there in the months and years ahead.
A heartfelt thank you goes to our incredible staff team for their dedication and hard work in helping bring this project to life. We would also like to thank our catering team for the delicious treats prepared for the occasion, along with Caroline and Karen for joining us to celebrate this special milestone.
