Visitor Spontaneously Surprises Residents with Piano Performance

Something rather amazing happened today at the Amberley Care Home. A visitor who came for a tour of the home noticed our grand piano in the main lounge and surprised us as he sat himself down and began to play.

He treated our residents and staff with his rendition of Daydream Believer by The Monkees as well as Tiny Dancer and Your Song by Elton John, and it was loved by everyone so much that we even had a few people get up and dance.

It was a fantastic impromptu moment that left us all smiling and from all of us at Amberley Care Home, we would like to say a big thank you to Steven Bond for giving us a special memory and a lovely morning.

We love music in our home and value the social, mental, and physical benefits it has on our residents. We often welcome musical entertainment to home and would invite Steven back to join us in a heartbeat.
